By accessing Aidos Fi and its associated infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Aidos Fi provides cryptographic utility software.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Aidos Fi protocol, darkpool, and SDK are provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding the uptime or execution guarantees beyond the mathematical proofs provided by the protocol.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aidos Fi or its contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the protocol.

4. Utility Focus

Aidos Fi is infrastructure. We do not provide financial advice, nor do we promote speculative trading. Our tools are built for execution privacy and MEV elimination.
